It’s a fun story about the name Orangejack. However, we’d like to introduce ourselves as individuals to you.

Rob Williams has been professionally involved with the Internet since the 20th Century.
Since graduating from Clemson University in South Carolina with a BS in management with a Marketing Emphasis, Rob has proven to be successful in identifying new web communication tools and their role in an overall communications strategy. He has trained and taught web communication and strategy best practices to audiences around the world through seminar presentations, personal training, utilization of web communication tools, and consulting.
Rob’s Internet Interaction Beginnings
- 1993: Email Interaction – communicating one-to-one online
- 1995: Chat rooms – communicating one-to-many in real time
- 1999: Web design – creating websites for others to communicate effectively
- 2002: Internet Marketing – communicating to targeted audience a website was available for them
- 2004: Blogging – communicating one-to-many and many-to-many with visitor interaction
- 2005: Social Media – communicating one-to-many, collaboration, and sharing
In early 2008, Rob — as a Web Strategist — and his wife, Patricia, started an Internet Strategy business based in Orlando, Florida to provide consulting, training, strategic plans, and implementation of many web disciplines. Their goal is to help others use the web well starting with a comprehensive Internet strategy that matches client goals with web visitor action. Rob has been professionally involved with the Internet since 1999 which has given him experience in web design, development, marketing, social media, and strategy. His desire is not to be a “web guy”; he’s not a techie. His approach to the web is from a strategic and communication angle by understanding the audience and adapting your electronic communications in whatever formats and frequency is appropriate to meet your goals.

Since 2001 Patricia has been in the Communications field as a Graphic Communicator. She has experience in the area of Internet Marketing and Strategy as well. During her time working with a global organization, she spent time training others in how to use the Internet more effectively. She is especially passionate about training and helping women learn how to use technology effectively and efficiently.
Patricia has worked on several web based projects not only as a Graphic Designer but also as a strategist, ensuring that the site will run smoothly and attract its intended audience. She has also worked with marketing websites through traditional means and online.
With so many websites out there these days, Patricia wants to make sure you website doesn’t just survive, but thrives.
