Facebook continues to change and grow. Recently they made a lot of changes to the Page feature where brands can create a page and people become fans. It’s similar to a Group in Facebook, but there are some differences.
For starters, Pages are public and therefore index-able by Google and other search engines while Groups are not. While Groups allow members to invite others, Pages allow the administrators to email the fans of the page. Additionally, Page activity shows up in a fan’s Facebook home page News Feed.

One of the questions we are asked often is how we came up with the name Orangejack. So let us take a few moments to put the full story out there.
In late 1999 – early 2000 I was ready to have a domain name and website. With a generic name like mine (Rob Williams), all decently related names were already taken. So the next option was to come up with something that we could brand for us.

Did I tell you that I now have a part-time job at Disney?
I had my first day working for Disney on Saturday. It was really just orientation so it was an all-day class with about 100 other new employees. It was a long day, but it wasn’t bad.
