The Social Media Club in Greenville, SC was started in early December by Trey Pennington and already has over 200 members. They will have their first official meeting Monday morning at 7:30 and it looks to be a good one!
Our speaker will be Geno Church, a word-of-mouth-marketing trailblazer and creative genius. You’ll get the chance to rub elbows with the “social elite” or be around others that are interested in growing their business through social media.
Two Greenville ex-pats (Steven Weathers in Shanghai and Rob Williams in Orlando) will pick up the live stream and host remote (hey, even international) Social Media Club Greenville meetings.
Amy Wood from WSPA-TV (the local CBS/CW affiliate) will be there with a video crew and has been encouraging others to attend.
If you’re in the Greenville, SC area I encourage you to go check it out. Because of the overwhelming early response the meeting venue was moved to SOBY’S on South Main in Downtown Greenville where they will have donuts and coffee available before the meeting.
