I didn't know twitterholic had the location search. That's awesome! WeFollow doesn't hold a candle to them for location. Friend or Follow is pretty useful as well, if only for the fact that you don't have to go through dozens of pages to find those people! For desktop/iPhone apps, I would add Tweetie.
